Aloo Kabli step by step

1. Take 2 teaspoon Coriander seeds, 2 teaspoon fennel seeds,1 teaspoon cumin seeds & dry red chillies in a pan..
2. Dry roast them in medium heat for few seconds..
3. Add ajwain or carom seeds and roast until a nice aroma emits from the spices..
4. Transfer to a grinder and grind to a powder..
5. Take 2 boil potatoes, peel and chop into small pieces..
6. Chop also tomato, cucumber, onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves..
7. Place all the ingredients of aloo kabli in a place..
8. At the time of serving take a mixing bowl and add a handful of boiled and chopped potato..
9. Next add some boiled chana and gram..
10. Add 2-3 tablespoons of chopped cucumber and onion..
11. Also add tomato, coriander leaves and green chillies..
12. Now add spices like aloo kabli masala, chat masala, black salt and salt..
